Aufguss

An ascension is often also called “Aufguss” or “Löyly.” Several ascents are given each day.

During the infusion, an experienced sauna master / infuser pours water with essential oils on the sauna heater. The released water vapor is waved through the room by the gargoyle using special gargling techniques. During an infusion, the infuser lowers the temperature of the sauna, but increases the humidity. As a result, you experience this as a heat increase. During the ritual, this is slowly built up. Various delicious fragrances are poured onto the stove by the sauna master with water. Every infusion is different and special. Enjoy the moment.

Regular soaking

Regular infusions are provided at least 4 times daily. Participation is free after admission.

Singing bowls infusion

Completely unwind with the singing bowl session.

A singing bowl session provides ultimate relaxation. During this light infusion you can enjoy the warmth combined with the purifying sounds of our Tibetan singing bowls. This ancient ritual from the monasteries of Tibet and Nepal provides deep relaxation.

The body is 70% water, and the vibration of the sound penetrates deeply through the layers of skin. A session brings the body and mind more in balance.

The singing bowls session normally costs 5.95 but is now temporarily offered free as an introduction!

You can join the singing bowl session every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday at 5:30 pm. This takes place in the soaking sauna.

Lazy Sunday Opgieting: Every Sunday at noon the Lazy Sunday Opgieting. A lovely mild infusion; the perfect way to start your (sauna) Sunday!
